I went to theater school and then taught myself how to make a living as a filmmaker, video artist, multimedia designer, creative technologist—or whatever other confusing title happens to be a great conversation starter at parties.
Over the past twenty-five years I’ve made literally thousands of videos for screens and speakers of all shapes and sizes around the world: theater productions, branded films, documentaries, installation media, experimental pieces, tutorials, and everything in between.
Somewhere along the way I learned that every project—no matter the scale—comes down to the same simple ingredients: story, rhythm, light, sound, and people working together to make something interesting happen.
